FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    • Advance Payment - Non refundable 2000 INR advance required to secure your date; balance due by the day of the shoot.

    • Refunds - Payments are non-refundable, but sessions can be rescheduled at no charge for bad weather

    • Reschedule Policy - If you need to reschedule a shoot for any other reason with less than one week’s notice, a 1000 INR fee will apply

    • Session Prices - Prices may change without prior notice. Multiple offers cannot be combined

    • Image Delivery - Final images will be delivered within 14 working days after you make your selection.

    • Priority Delivery - Priority delivery is available upon request.

    • Make-up & Hair - Professional make-up and hair styling can be arranged for an extra charge.

    • Props & Setups - We provide a few props. Elaborate setups are charged as per actuals.

    • Outstation Shoots - The Bronze package is available only for metro cities. For shoots outside metro locations, please choose from our Silver or Gold packages

    • Extra Images - Additional final images can be purchased at 1000 INR per image

    • Raw Images - Raw images are not provided for download

    • HD Silver Halide Prints: Crafted with premium silver halide technology for stunning clarity, rich colors, and lasting quality.

    • Upgrades & Customization: Frame and print size upgrades available at an additional cost — contact us for a personalized quote.

    • Travel Charges - Travel beyond 10 km will be charged additionally at 20 INR per km

    • Location Fees - Any venue or location usage fees (such as resort charges) are to be paid directly by the client. This also includes entry fees for the Stills by Rohit team (approximately 2 members)

    • Promotional Use - Some images wll be shared on our website and social media for promotions.

    • Complete Privacy - Full privacy for your photos can be arranged for an extra 5000 INR fee
