TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Advance Payment - Non refundable €100 advance required to secure your date; balance due on the day of the shoot.
Refunds - Payments are non-refundable, but sessions can be rescheduled at no charge for bad weather
Reschedule Policy - If you need to reschedule a shoot for any other reason with less than one week’s notice, a €25 fee will apply
Session Prices - Prices may change without prior notice. Multiple offers cannot be combined.

Image Delivery - Final images will be delivered within 14 working days after you make your selection.
Priority Delivery - Priority delivery is available upon request.
Session Duration - Extra time due to client delays: €35 per 15 minutes beyond the scheduled session time
Make-up & Hair - Professional make-up and hair styling can be arranged for an extra charge.
Props & Setups - We provide a few props. Cakes for cake smash and elaborate setups are charged as per actuals.
Outstation Shoots - All sessions (except express) are available outside Luxembourg City
Mini Packages - Mini Packages are only available for family shoots and do not apply to maternity or newborn shoots

Extra Images - Additional final images can be purchased at €10 per image
Raw Images - Raw images are not provided for download

Travel Charges - For shoots outside Luxembourg City: €0.5/km for additional round-trip distance to the location calculated from Hamilius, plus €100/day for accommodation if needed
Location Fees - Any location fees (e.g., gardens, castles) are paid by the client (typically €50–100/hour).

Promotional Use - Some images wll be shared on our website and social media for promotions.
Complete Privacy - Full privacy for your photos can be arranged for an extra 100€ fee
Promotional use (Maternity) - Out of respect for your privacy, maternity images will not be shared on our website or social media until at least the baby is born, giving you time to share your own news first. If you'd prefer your images never be used promotionally, full privacy can be arranged for an extra €100.
