PERSONAL BRANDING SHOOTS

Professional Portfolio are a collection of photographs for your brand and focuses on your individual personality. As a creative, you gather a photo bank of coherent photos for your website, emails, blog content, social media, Linkedin, marketing materials, and online shop. Shot with either natural light or artificial lights and creating portraits that are un-posed and natural, Rohit will work with you to bring your brand-power to life and help you spell your personality in a strong way through these images

 

ALL The Sessions will include

  1. Consultation call to discuss your personal/professional objectives for the photoshoot. This will help define your personality and company’s identity, too

  2. Creation of a mood board & clear plan for your brand shoot

  3. High resolution soft copies of the images, based on the package you choose. You will be able to use all the images on your social media, website and PR campaigns

WHAT COMES AT AN ADDITIONAL COST

  1. Location: Any charges towards paid location (eg: studio/castle etc). This typically costs 50-100€ / hour

  2. Make-up and hair styling: This can be arranged with professional and reputed make-up artists. This typically costs 100-150€

  3. Travel: For sessions outside Luxembourg City, there will be a travel overhead of 0.25 Eur per KM for additional distance travelled back & forth

This can be scheduled into 2 separate sessions - for example, Indoors and Outdoors

DELIVERY DETAILS:

  1. The date of the shoot is to be decided basis of the availability of both parties

  2. All the photographs clicked will be shared (view-only) for the client to shortlist posts which the editing will begin

  3. Additional charges of 35 EUR per 15 minutes will be applicable beyond the photoshoot duration as mentioned in the session

  4. Additional final images can be purchased at 20 EUR per image

  5. All the photographs will be edited professionally and will be shared on an online gallery (password-protected)

  6. Delivery of pictures will take up to 7-14 days post the shoot. If you require pictures faster then let the team know and we will try our best to expedite

  7. Some pictures will be shared on our website and social media handles & groups, but not limited to, for promotional purposes

  8. The mood of the shoots will be discussed before the shoot

  9. Raw/unedited images will not be shared to download

  10. Payment once made will not be refundable

  11. If for any reason the shoot cannot happen due to the current health scenario or uncertain weather, we are glad to help reschedule to a later date as per mutual availability. Kindly note that our availability is subject to the current state of affairs and rules therein
